Purchase tickets in advance to receive the discounted admission price and to reserve your place at our most popular lectures and workshops.
The events will be held rain or shine and all reservations are final.
General Admission Advance Tickets: $10; Youth 6-11: $8 (children under 6 free). General admission is for Saturday, September 15th.
- Tickets will be available for purchase the day of the festival for $15 (Youth 6-11: $8) at the festival parking areas. Credit cards and cash will be accepted.
- Monticello staff and directional signage along Route 20 will direct you to the festival parking areas. There will be regular shuttle service to and from the festival throughout the day.
- Guests who wish to park at the Thomas Jefferson Visitor Center must purchase a regular Monticello House Tour and Grounds Ticket ($24), which includes admission to the festival.
Premium Programming: $10-$15 each. Pre-festival premium workshops are on Friday, September 14th. Attendance of pre-festival events does not require a general admission ticket.
Combination Ticket: $24 This special combination ticket includes admission to the festival, a tour of Monticello, and parking at Monticello. Combination tickets may be purchased in advance by calling the Monticello reservations office at (434) 984-9880.
Special Friday Evening Preview, featuring Joel Salatin and Joe Lamp’l: $90, reservations required, ticketing available soon.
